Why do you get on that Bike/Mat?

For me, I can’t go a day without movement. I believe we are meant to move. Meant to sweat. And it all feels better with people! I love the energy we create together and I love that just 45 sweaty minutes can completely and entirely change someone’s day. I always say I’m the lucky one to be on the podium leading such an inspiring group of people

Favourite thing to do in YYC?

My favourite thing to do anywhere is spend WAY too many hours in a bookstore …buy WAY too many books, and then sit and read them while I drink WAY too much coffee.

I’ve always wanted to own a little cabin in a secluded area where I can escape to with my family. One day!

I’m a bit crazy. Maybe more than a bit. I love to dance around and not take myself too seriously. Be ready for a game changer workout…we play but we definitely WORK.
